Dave & Girish & Co provides advisory and documentation assistance to clients on aviation transactions. Dave & Girish & Co has worked with airlines at the time of its formation as well as towards revival plans for sick airlines. We have helped our clients on negotiating and documenting aircraft sales, mortgage, registration with DGCA and cross border transactions of sale and lease back of aircrafts.

We have in the past worked on hanger agreements, sale and lease back agreements, wet and dry leases for aircrafts, transfer and assignment and securitization of ticket receivables and other financing options of aircrafts, its equipments, rental agreements, MRO and Ground Handling services agreements, etc.

We have also assisted airline companies in litigations and arbitrations, disputes with employees, hanger disputes, repossession and attachment of aircraft, oil companies and suppliers and NCLT representation.
