We have also appeared on behalf of our clients before the enforcement directorate for cases of violations or lapses. 

We have also appeared before the following bodies, Competition Commission of India, Reserve Bank of India and Securities and Exchange Board of India, Bombay Stock Exchange, National Stock Exchange and Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority.

We have also assisted our clients on corporate risk managements, conflict issues and have represented our clients on some of very difficult governmental investigations and enquiries. We advise our clients on problems arising due to changes in financial practices, changes due to market forces and changes in political and legal systems.
